Youth Grief Support - Hastings Community Hub
Join us for a free monthly gathering for young people (13–25) navigating grief — a safe, supportive space to connect with others who understand and find comfort and guidance through your grief journey. This month we are joined by Emily Edwards, registered Educational & Developmental Psychologist and founder of Peninsula Child Psychology in Mornington. Emily brings evidence-based, holistic support with specialist training in grief and emotional regulation, helping young people build resilience, connection, and healing.

Join our free gatherings held every second month for those grieving the loss of a loved one — a supportive space to share, connect, and find hope in healing. This month we are joined by Jo Pascoe, intuitive healer and facilitator with over 27 years’ experience in the wellness space. Jo supports individuals through emotional processing, self-connection, and meaning-making during life’s most challenging seasons, offering a calm and compassionate space for reflection, remembrance, and healing.

Bereaved Parents Together - Hastings Community Hub
We welcome you to a free gathering held every second month for those who have lost a child. This is a space to connect with other grieving parents and find support and hope as you navigate your grief. Bethany Maree is a Grief, Loss and Trauma Therapist specialising in attachment trauma, maternal mental health, and complicated grief. Drawing from both professional and lived experience, Bethany supports individuals through trauma healing with a compassionate, client-centred approach focused on emotional safety, resilience, reconnection, and deep healing.

This event features four esteemed guest speakers and therapists who will guide you through various healing modalities designed to support your journey. Special guests include: RUTH CHATWIN - Psychologist, Neuro-Psychologist, Trauma Therapist, SARA GRACE AND FIONA MCGRATH - Therapeutic Arts Facilitators, and JAN WINSLADE - Intuitive Healer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Teacher of Yoga & Meditation. These professionals will share their expertise and provide tools to help you process grief and find support in your healing journey. Join us for a FREE 2 Hour Workshop: "What Do I Say & What Do I Do?". In collaboration with StandbySupport, Projex J invites you to a compassionate workshop designed to empower individuals in navigating conversations about suicide. Together, we will deepen our understanding of suicide bereavement and learn practical ways to offer support.
