We invite you to our free monthly gathering, where those grieving the loss of a loved one can come together to share, connect, and find hope in their healing process. This month, we will be joined by Jan Winslade - an intuitive and gifted healer, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, international yoga and meditation teacher, published author and sought-after public speaker, Jan Winslade heads up a successful worldwide business facilitating health and wellbeing classes, workshops and retreats.

We welcome you to a free monthly gathering for those who have experienced the loss of a child. This is a space to connect with other grieving parents and find support and hope as you navigate your journey through grief. Boadie has over 40 years of experience in holistic therapies. As a natural healer, she has dedicated her life to supporting others on their healing journeys, particularly those navigating grief. Her approach is grounded in compassion and a deep understanding of the emotional and spiritual aspects of loss. Boadie brings a unique perspective to grief support, blending nurturing energy with practical guidance to help others find comfort and healing through life’s most difficult moments.

Sibling Loss Support Group - Jimmy's Youth Wellbeing Sanctuary
Join us for a free monthly gathering for young people (13-25) grieving the loss of a sibling. It’s a safe space to connect with others who get it and find support while you navigate your grief. Co-facilitated by Katherine - a primary school teacher with 18 years of experience working with young people. After the tragic loss of her one-year-old daughter in 2023, she drew on insights from Red Nose to focus on her healing journey. Having also experienced the loss of her stepbrother at 16, Katherine brings deep empathy and compassion to supporting others through grief. She is trained in the Berry Street Education Model, specialising in trauma-informed care, which enables her to support young people affected by trauma.

This month we’ll be joined by Jen - a local Counsellor and End of Life Doula who has been facilitating Death Cafes on the Mornington Peninsula for the past two years. She values the diversity of conversations these gatherings bring and follows the Death Cafe protocols to create a safe, open space for people to discuss grief and loss. Jen brings her expertise and compassionate approach to support those navigating their grief and healing journey.

Through her lived experience and dedication, she founded Quinn's Place, a place where youth come together to heal and find comfort. Monique’s heartfelt story, combined with her personal journey through loss, provides valuable insight and strength for anyone coping with grief.

We are excited to announce our first Grief Support Gathering of the year, featuring 4 amazing guest speakers and therapists who will guide you through different healing modalities designed to support those navigating grief. Special guests include: RUTH CHATWIN - Psychologist, Neuro-Psychologist, Trauma Therapist, SARA GRACE AND FIONA MCGRATH - Therapeutic Arts Facilitators, and JAN WINSLADE - Intuitive Healer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Teacher of Yoga & Meditation. These professionals will share their expertise and provide tools to help you process grief and find support in your healing journey. Come and experience a safe, nurturing space where you can connect with others and find comfort in your grief journey.

"What Do I Say & What Do I Do?" Suicide Postvention Workshop
Join us for a FREE 2 Hour Workshop: "What Do I Say & What Do I Do?". In collaboration with StandbySupport, Projex J invites you to a compassionate workshop designed to empower individuals in navigating conversations about suicide. Together, we will deepen our understanding of suicide bereavement and learn practical ways to offer support.
